Training in small groups

Individualized personal training in small groups of up to a maximum of 5 people in which each person has their own scheduled individual personal training.

You will share space, time and trainer with 4 other trainees, making this service equally effective, more economical and with all the motivation of training in a group (each with their personal training), but always very attentive to you, to ensure that you do the right things. things well, safely and that you bring out your full potential.

Our goal is for you to achieve health and autonomy with your training, that is why we encourage taking the next step (once we are ready and prepared) to personal training in small groups.
